Qigong: Qi means energy, life force. Qi is universal energy present every living thing. Gong means practice or mastery. Qigong is an ancient Chinese scientific study of the power of Qi in the body and the universe; and how to use this energy to benefit all aspects of our lives.
Reiki: Reiki is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. A Reiki session can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. Reiki helps to relax the body and can encourage the body to release tension. Reiki, like Qigong and Guided Imagery is an excellent complementary healing modality.
This gentle healing modality can be done in person with the client fully-clothed and sitting a chair, lying on a massage table or via distance with a phone session.

Her focus is on you and your individual needs. She is certified as a Master Healer in Spring Forest Qigong and studied directly under Chunyi Lin, founder of Spring Forest Qigong.
She is also certified in the Usui System of Reiki (Levels I and II), studying under excellent teacher and Reiki Master, Brian Brunius.
