Buildings Can Now Join the MHNA

The mission of the MHNA is to make Murray Hill a highly desirable place to live, work and visit, and we share these neighborhood goals and values with building owners and managers and their residents.

To strengthen our relationship with Murray Hill building owners and managers, The Murray Hill Neighborhood Association has launched new membership categories for buildings. The new categories are Small Buildings (less than 60 units), Medium-Sized Buildings (60-200 units) and Large Buildings (more than 200 units). Co-Op and Condo Boards, Building Owners, Managing and Rental Agents are all invited to join. For details, visit the MHNA website at murrayhillnyc.org/join.

There are many advantages and benefits for buildings which join The MHNA. We will provide a Premium listing for the building or agent on the MHNA website Directory, neighborhood "welcome" materials for the building’s residents, networking meetings curated to address the specific needs of Murray Hill buildings and their rental or managing agents, information about legislation affecting buildings and neighborhoods, information about civic meetings, public hearings and other neighborhood events, and the opportunity to join with other buildings to have a more powerful voice about issues affecting the community.

If you would like your building to join and would like to have materials for your building owner or manager, rental agent or co-op or condo board, or if you have any questions, please contact Heather Dolland at info@murrayhillnyc.org. Heather is Co-Chair of Membership Development and will be happy to guide you in this process.
