Membership Committee

Chair: Anoop Punjabi
Membership Development Co-Chairs: Heather Dolland, Shibani Gambhir, Jaclyn Greenman Mommen

This committee reaches out to those living in one of the true "neighborhoods" of New York City and with a special character: situated just south of the transportation hub of Grand Central and extending to the East River and the United Nations.

For example, residents include members of the international community working at the UN and at various embassies and consulates within Murray Hill; post academic newcomers to business and finance; families with children in nearby schools; longtime owners and apartment renters; and there is a diverse business community, ranging from small ethnic restaurants to outstanding medical and educational organizations.

Committee members are continually involved in events that will attract more of this diverse population to the association's mission of keeping and improving the neighborhood environment during fast-changing times.

Truly this is the "people's" committee.

If you haven't thought of sharing the benefits of membership in MHNA with your friends and neighbors, please consider doing so. Membership applications are reprinted in every newsletter, and there are online application forms available on the web site.

You can find out about joining the committee by getting in touch with the Membership Chair at PO Box 1897, New York, New York 10156-1897, or by e-mail to info@murrayhillnyc.org
