Payment Processing

Videotex offers real-time secure payment processing with major internet payment gateways, including Authorize.net, Stripe, First Data and others.

Your existing payment gateway account can be integrated into the Videotex platform, or other web platforms such as WordPress that are hosted by Videotex.

Transactions can be easily downloaded and imported into accounting software such as QuickBooks.

If you don't have a merchant or payment gateway account, Videotex can process payments on your behalf.

Automatic Reoccurring Billing

Do you need to bill customers automatically each month, quarter or year? For subscription based services, Videotex can send out renewal notices automatically with a link to renew, or setup automatic renewal billing for customers that opt-in.

For customers that opt-in for automatic billing, Videotex can provide the interface for your customers to register, make the initial payments and setup the automatic billing record with the payment gateway. When monthly payments are processed their subscription will be updated and a receipt sent. Options for customers to cancel or update their automatic billing record are provided.
