After graduating college, Boris attended Pace University School of Law. He started his legal career at the prestigious law firm of White & Case where he negotiated various contracts for Fortune 500 companies in the technology, financial, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as celebrities and athletes. As an attorney, Boris has honed a unique set of skills that complement his real estate practice. Effective negotiating, bringing various parties together, and ensuring that all parties are communicating are all skills that he has mastered during his successful career as an attorney. He applies the same level professionalism and attention to detail to every client transaction.

Real estate is in Boris’s blood. As the son of a real estate broker in Brooklyn, Boris wasted no time joining the family business and obtained a real estate license at the young age of 18. The summer before starting his freshman year at the University of Richmond, Boris was determined to be the best at his father’s Brooklyn office. After only two months on the job, he was the top-producing agent. Through meticulous research and networking, Boris built a clientele that included supers, landlords, management companies, and interested tenants.

Boris loves the challenge New York City’s competitive real estate market. What he loves even more is getting to know his clients and building a strong, trusting relationship, which he believes is crucial when helping someone buy or sell their most important asset. If there is a property his client wants to buy, sell, or rent, Boris will work relentlessly to get the most optimal results. Sellers are often surprised to see that Boris continues to market and show a property after an offer is accepted. His philosophy is simple: until a contract is signed he will continue to work for your best interests to ensure there are plenty of back-up offers available.

Boris is the specialist at The Charleston condominium in Murray Hill, and an owner there as well.

When he’s not busy selling real estate, Boris is an avid volleyball player, and a travel enthusiast who enjoys exploring new places and cuisines.
